The forest view from my balcony was amazing. the hotel staff were very helpful. i found the pool and wellness area to be highlights, providing relaxation after sightseeing.
the heater in my room was quite noisy, disturbing my sleep at night. also, the bathroom lacked shampoo, conditioner, slippers, and a bathrobe, which i found unexpected for a 4-star hotel. there were only two small towels available.

the room provided ample space and included a great view. a cot was provided for our child. breakfast was quite good with a variety of options. the wellness center was perfect, great to enjoy swimming with our toddler.
